• We bake our cookies fresh for each order, using a vanilla butter cookie recipe that prioritises Australian products and decorated with fondant.

• A standard bagged cookie order comes with a tied ribbon but alternatively packaged cookies can be heat-sealed to preserve their freshness for up to six weeks. Just make a note on your order.

• As an additional option, you can specifically request ingredients stickers on each cookie as an add-on to your order.

• Although we are based in Melbourne, we offer Australia-wide delivery services through Australia Post.

• Each cookie is handcrafted for each individual order, resulting in slight variations in appearance and colour (excluding white fondant) compared to images displayed on our website

• Gluten Free available

• Our cupcakes are available in chocolate or vanilla flavours, paired with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. This alternative to conventional American Buttercream offers a smoother, rich and less sweet taste.

• We prioritise the use of Australian ingredients in our cupcake recipes.

• Paint Your Own Cookies – ‘PYO' are a great activity for the kids at home.

• The packs are perfect for birthday parties. Kids can spend time painting the cookies and engaging in a fun activity on the day as part of the Birthday.  Packs can be personalised to include birthday child’s name and age.

I like this design, can you make it exactly the same?
As a cake decorator, I am unable to replicate a cookie, cupcake, or cake precisely as shown in a photograph. My own creative feel and ideas will inevitably influence the final design. With the exception of white, it is virtually impossible to replicate colours accurately.

How do I make a Custom Cookie or Cupcake request if I can't see a design I like?
Our first suggestion is to check our range of cookies and cupcakes on the website/social media to see if one of our selections might suit your needs. Then if you still need a different design or shape, send an email and Janine will be in contact to discuss bringing your cookie design idea to life!
